The "Garmin TriO Sirmione" triathlon is organised by and held in the town of Sirmione from 8 to 9 May 2020.

The swim lanes, bicycle and run courses lead are all located in the Sirmione area: first, participants swim 1500 metres from the Spiaggia del Prete Beach to the dock and then the Armando Diaz lakeside. The following bike section is 40 km in the Pozzolengo area. The triathlon ends with a 10 km footrace through Sirmione's old town.

The starting numbers will be assigned on the evening of Friday, 8 May 2020, the triathlon will start on Saturday 9 May.
