The over 45 km journey takes you about 5 hours. The average speed is 9 km / h with a medium to high difficulty level.

Starting from Bardolino you go to  the hermitage on the path "Blue Tornado".
Along the Gusa river you go straight until you reach the mill valley and finally arrive at the mountain Canforal and later end up in Lenzino. From Albisano you can enjoy the beautiful view of Torre del Benaco on Lake Garda.
After you cycled up all the mountain Luppia you will face a steep way down from Bre which is technically very demanding. When you come down from the mountain Pomo, you cross the street "Villa Canossa" and then follow the promenade which leads to Garda and Bardolino.
